Professional roof inspection

Having a roof inspection done by a professional contractor is essential before trying to file a claim. Roof inspections provide a clear analysis of the damage and state of your roof, and they help identify whether the damage is severe enough to even file a claim. 

Do not put off filing an insurance claim too long! We cannot stress enough the importance of filing a claim on time. Many policies state that you have to file a claim within a certain amount of days. If you wait too long, insurance agencies can choose not to extend your coverage or simply not provide coverage. The sooner you start the process, the better. We don’t want you to have to pay out of pocket if you can avoid it.

Once your roof inspection is completed, you’ll file a claim, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Insurance adjustments and process

Once the claim is filed, we’ll be assigned an insurance adjuster who will perform a roof inspection and inspect any other damage that may exist. During this inspection, we will be there to help expedite the process. We want to be sure to point out every issue or sign of damage so that it gets taken care of.

Once the adjuster provides an estimate, the process of getting your roof fixed can begin!
