We are hiring a Roofing Specialist to join our growing team!
Palladium Roofing is looking to add an administrative assistant to the team! We are a locally-owned roofing company that services the entire Oklahoma City Metro. Every team member has their own strengths, responsibilities, and backgrounds.
If you’re driven, eager to help others, and love having ownership of your own role, this might be the position for you!
This role will work directly with our co-owners and director of operations. This is a full-time role!
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Perform roof inspections on residential and commercial properties
- Help customers through maintenance, repairs, and roof replacement processes
- Creating estimate based on clients needs
- Build and nurture relationships with referral partners
- Generate leads for yourself and company
- Follow up on sales activities
- Support customers through the insurance process
- Meet with insurance adjusters on behalf of clients
- Generate referrals from existing customers
- Generate Google review for yourself and the company
- Create material orders for customers projects
- Create work orders for upcoming projects
- Other sales activities based on personal and company goals set
