Our Process

Step 1: Contact us

Call our number or contact us through this website. A representative will then reach out to learn your situation and determine whether or not we're a good fit. If so, we will schedule an inspection.

Step 2: Conduct inspection

If a site visit makes sense, we'll inspect your property. Not just for roof damage but damage to other items as well. That includes gutters, windows, screen, siding, doors, garage doors, and more—all to determine whether it makes sense to file an insurance claim or not.

We'll also have a conversation with you to learn about the property, damage, and past experiences with roofing contractors.

Step 3: Discuss results and decide

After the inspection, we'll review the results to determine whether an insurance claim is needed. If so, we will also present options for different colors and quality materials for the damage repair.

Step 4: Meet the adjuster for the inspection

We'll meet with the insurance adjuster, get the results, and examine them with you. We will discuss what got covered, what didn't, and what can be done. At this point, you will file the claim. This process varies for different insurance companies, but we'll walk you through the process if you need our help.

Step 5: Sign the contract

At this point, as we met with the adjuster for the inspection, we'll ask you to sign a contract.

Step 6: Schedule material delivery and repair work

We'll coordinate with you and our contractors on dates and times for the work to be completed, covering everything from the roof to gutters, painting, etc. We will stay in communication with you via text messages, keeping you in the loop with all schedules and progress updates and changes. We will only deliver materials on the day of the work.

Step 7: Repair

On the day of the repairs, we will arrive to supervise the work, ensure the job gets done to our standards, provide guidance where needed, and confirm proper cleanup. At the same time, we will communicate with you about the progress or any questions you may have.

Step 8: Review and wrap up

Following the work, we'll reach out to you to answer any questions and address any concerns. We'll also do any wrap up necessary, deal with any issues uncovered during repairs for further insurance claim adjustments, and take any necessary photos.

Step 9: Kick back and relax

We'll send you your final invoice, but in the meantime, put your mind at ease knowing the job is done and done right.
