What are your warranty offerings?

We offer an in-house 5-year labor warranty on all roof replacements. Additionally, all complete Malarkey roofing systems come with a Malarkey Emerald Pro warranty, which includes 50 years of product coverage and 25 years of labor coverage.

What roofing materials can you install?

We can install asphalt shingle roofs, F-Wave synthetic shingles, and flat roofing materials.

How long will it take to replace my roof?
